Win2k3 NAT dropping every 5 minutes

Every 5 minutes or so, my Win2k3 router stops routing for a few seconds.

Nothing shows up in the logs, there's no explanation I can find anywhere, and my setup is DEAD simple.

It really sounds like a hardware issue....

what are the specs of the server?

Things appear to have been fixed. I removed the Remote Access/VPN role and reinstalled it.

128mb DDR (Yes, I know. More is on the way, this was an unexpected transition from a simple Linux router)
10gb HDD
NICs: 2x RTL8139 (Local, load balanced), 1x nVidia nForce NIC (Internet)
