Win2k won't boot in KT7 with UDMA support enable

Win2k will BSOD after boot, but if I disable the UDMA support, and leave the harddisk mode as PIO, Win2k boot normally.... how to solve this problem ? even in the first boot after install fail with the same error.

Tbird 700 / ABIT KT-7 non RAID
Quantum 8,4 G /UDMA 66
