Win2k with Raid?? Highpoint or Promise???

I currently dual-boot win2k and winME. When I hook up the highpoint controllers on my abit win2k will not boot, I am upgrading to amd, and trying to decide between the kt7a and the k7t turbo. has anyone had any experience with how the raid controllers work with win2k on these 2 boards??
 
Which highpoint is it? THe one your using now that is? The 366 has hella problems in win2k with certain drives, or at least mine does. The 370 is said to be better. I think the kt series mobo from abit has the 370. I know of a few tricks that might get it too work.(notice i said might, cuz i never could get mine to work with out data corruption..🙂 )
 
I've been running a modded ultra66 in raid for the last 8 months or so.
its been running smoothly and has dealt with multi gig transfers and downlods with a huckup.

The board I have now is the HighPoint 366. But I am planning to upgrade to the Abit with the 370. I just want to get more info, cause if the 370 works as little as the 366 then I will just get a MSI board with the promise controller.
