I'm on a hub with 2 computers attached to it. Mine uses win2kpro and the other Win98SE.
I've reinstalled both OSs, but I can't seem to connect to either computer from either machine. I have some more computers on the network that I can browse through that use 98, but i can't access that other one. :-\

Do you get an error message when trying to connect? Do they show-up in your network places? Make sure the computer's you are trying to connect to are not using the same names as other computers on your network, and make sure the workgroup is the same. Also when you login, make sure you?re using the correct login name.

I know this may also sound dumb but make sure you have sharing enabled for the files you want to share or hd, and that you have printer and file sharing installed. I know a lot of people who forget to install this in ?Network? settings.

If you have already done all of this then I really don't know what else it could be.

Another thing also. Are you using FAT or NTFS with Win2k? Shouldn't matter though, not until you actually try to read the drive anyway.
