Win2k -> What is FASTER? NTFS or FAT32

One more question.

I got Partition Magic 3.0x (with whatever patch I installed) on my computer. Is it possible to make this compatible with NTFS 5.0? If not, which version of PQMagic do I need?

PartitionMagic versions 5 or 6 can deal with Win2k/NTFS.
