Okay, I just installed a second HD in my 1.2 Athlon. First HD (HD0) is 40Gig and partitioned into 4X10Gig. The new one is an 80Gig for video editing and such, so I was just going to format it as 1 big drive, but the win2k disk manager reports that the "volume is too big" after it seemed to format it successfully. Hummmm. So I split it into 2X40Gigs, and formated the first half and again got the same error message... Am I missing something? The computer recognizes it just fine, but I cant seem to format it. FAT32, btw. I know, I know, I should use NTFS, but the other 4 partions are FAT32 and I dont want to mix and match. Ideas? Thanks.
