Win2K + VIA 4.29= computer hell, HELP!

installed the via 4.29 beta drivers and everything on my computer went wrong.
i can still get into my OS (win2k) but the video card has been reset to default and it is not working, cpu to pci bridge isn't working right , and my cdrom isn't working either.
any ideas on what i should do?!!

i tried reinstalling everything but when it finishes reinstalling i get a message that says "An error occured during the installation of the device. the system cannot find the file specified"

what am i to do if i keep pointing the damn OS to the files but it keeps giving me these errors? any ideas???

Just uninstall 4.29. I've heard too many problems others who tried 4.29.

Well you could install them again or install the set you had luck with before.

4.29 Beta works AOK for me on Win2000.
Install 4.25 (The latest official cut)
