Win2k unable to load device driver nv4_mini.sys

I'm currently using a Hercules Prophet2 GTS pro 64mb running win2k with hercules 6.34 win2k driver. When I install these driver it work fine until I reboot/shutdown I get a BSOD with the nv4_mini.sys is unable to load. Does anyone have this problem?
