win2k, trying to run an .exe or AUTORUN.. but can't! help!

I am trying to install MS SQL Server 2k.. I double click on the EXE.. it doesn't work. I tried double clicking auto run, doesn't work. However, when I put my cd into another computer, it works!!

I have a legit version of both sql server 2k and ms server 2k. Any suggestions ideas?? I tried rebooting too.. help!
