win2k thinks this machine is AT (not ATX)

I just installed win2k on this P2 266 (see my previous post "would it be feasible to install win2k...") and whenever I shut it down it always tells me "it is now safe to shutdown your computer" I know this computer is ATX; why is it doing this? Is there some setting I am missing?
 
It does not have power management. All ATX boards will not shut themselves down. See above link 🙂
