Win2K Task Manager Questions

I was looking at the Performance tab of the Win2K Task Manager and realized there were a few things I didn't know. What is/are the Commit Charge? What's the system cache under Physical Memory? And what is paged vs. nonpaged kernel memory?

Thanks a lot for your answers.

i think the system cache one, is how much of you physical memory windows saves to use for itself. just taking a guess here.
