Win2k Startup Items?

Ok so Win2k doesn't use MSCONFIG.. I'm in my Computer Management > System Information > Software Environment > Startup Programs but i can't delete any of the items.. Any suggestions how i can remove items from startup?

Do you have administrator priveleges? That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Or, are you sure you own those items? Did that get messed up?

Yea i have admin priv... I own all items.. I just don't want all these stupid app's loading on bootup... Someone HAS to know the answer to this?!
