Win2k Start-Up Problem

Hey guys, the power just went out here in my hometown. Before my computer was running perfectly fine, but now when I bootup my comp hangs at the Windows 2000 start-up screen. I can get into windows by going in safe mode, but if I try a normal boot-up it locks up in the exact same spot everytime. It seems like windows is going to load (The screen goes black for a second) but then the Windows Startup screen pops back up, and it locks up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
