Greetings,

Since installing SP2, i've noticed a drop in performance. For some reason, the hard drive keeps reading constantly after windows has loaded (and loaded tasks into the task bar). I also get random 'explorer.exe has performed an illegal operation' and BSODs. I've read on the ntcompatible.com forum that others have had a performance drop and have uninstalled SP2. Has anyone else experienced these problems after installing SP2?
 
I too am having random crashes with explorer.exe on W2K.

I do not have SP2 installed, I was hoping that SP2 would sort out my problems, maybe its not worth the time downloading - I'm still on a 56K 🙁
