It sure looks like Microsoft blew it again!!!
I installed SP2 for Win2K usig the Windows Update Icon. This was a disaster!. After the installation was complete I got the error "...NTOSKRNL.EXE missing or corrupt...." It appears that the Promise driver that installed so nicely during installation of Win2K got blown away or for some reason cannot be used and the system therefore cannot see the boot partition. Right now I am "repairing" the Win2K installation on that system. If anyone has any idea how to install SP2 to Win2K without all these problems, I would sure like to know.
