win2k sp2 overclocked moboard problems

I installed win2k on a celeron 333 @ 416...

it runs ok at 333, but if i switch to 416 it starts having problems while booting.

like a ntoskernel.exe is corrupt or missing...


one other thing... how to make win2k shut down the machine by itself.
