Win2K SP2 and Kodak DC3400

I've gotten the Kodak DC3400 working in win2k before on two computers, but recently when I tried on two computers that were win2k sp2, it refused to connect to the camera. Once or twice it did, but didn't show any of the pictures that were on the camera.

One is a Via apollo pro 133 chipset, and the other an i815.

Anyone have any similar troubles?
