Win2k shuts down right after startup?

Hello. I am running Win2k on my TBird 1ghz (dual boot with win98) Whenever i try and start the comp right after the win200 screen finishes loading and it begins to start it shuts down before the desktop even shows. After it seems to shut down it just goes to a blank screen with a flashing cursor in the upper left corner. It baffles me because i have been using 2k for a couple weeks now and it seemed fine. it started doing this just recently but if i restarted it again it would be fine. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys.

Wow thats wierd, but yeah I had lots o trouble wit my dual boot for awhile. It seems my drivers were screwed so I formatted got the newest and it stopped doing that. Also when I got my new ram and put that one in first then my older ram win2k would just reboot as soon as I got in to win2k, but I switched the ram aroudn then it worked fine? wierd, but good luck!!
