I have a problem trying to shut down W2k.. when I do try and shut it down. I goes through everything and pops up a window like it is trying to shutdown a AT board. (Your computer can be safely shutdown)
I guess my question is, why doesnt it shut down like a ATX system? how can I make it shut down like a ATX system

go to device manager and under computer see if it installed ACPI or Standard computer. If your board supports ACPI then that is what you need to change computer to by upating driver.

I checked to see if ACPI was there and I did not see it.. What driver would I update to install ACPI?(prob a stupid question) This board does support Advanced power managment.
