win2k shared printer install

Win2k laptop with an hp photosmart 1100, networked to a win95 desktop through an smc barricade peer to peer. When I try to set the printer as ashared one it asks me which operating system will be using it. When I select win95 it asks for my win2k server disk for the drivers. It's win2k pro so I don't have the server disk, and the printer is an hp so the drivers are in a self installing .exe. Do I have to install the win95 drivers on the win2k laptop to share it? Thanks for the help!!!

No just skip that option. You just run the HP install.exe on the win95 machine choose network printer for your connection.
