Win2K Server: What's the deal with this popup?

I have a Win2K Server in my office and once in a while, I'll log on locally to the server in the morning and have this or something similar to what's shown below popup. Note this was copied from the event log.

I asterisked out a number and a name. I'm sure the messenger service is allowing this crap to popup when I log on. What's the deal? Anyone else have this problem? What can I do?

This is the new spam, block port 137 or disable winpopup. Kinda neeto way of doing things :)

I would highly suggest securing your LAN with a GOOD hardware firewall like a PIX or SOnicwall ( I like my sonicwall pro 200) secure and very easy to config out of the box. Good support too!
