Win2k restarts when running 3dmark2000 and 2001

Everytime I start the demo for 3dmark2001 and 3dmark2000 it restarts my computer with no error message just restarts like I pressed the reset button. heres my setup anyone have any suggestion on what I might be doing wrong. Temps are running at about 45C

That happened to me in Win2k if my system was unstable. Try going back to default clocks and see if it still happens.

Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery -> System Failure and uncheck the "automatically reboot" field.

Now run the programs again and you'll most likely get a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). Write down the error code and try to find a similar or even the exact one on the M$ website (usually in their Knowledge Base KB).
