somehow when i got back home, my PC is infested with all these popups from partypoker.com and other places. I'm running win 2000 SP3 (SP4 gives me problems) and when i used the new microsoft spyware program, it removed all the infected files/registry but now whenever i login, i get this message

"Files that are required for Window to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability Windows must restore original versions of these files. Insert Window 2000 Professional CD now."

the computer works fine besides everything when i Login, i get that message, anyone know the solution? by the way, I already popped in the win2k cd SP3 and nothing happens

I run Win2k with SP4 with no problems.
Just about everyone's software, MS especially, expects SP4 to be loaded.

I would attempt to load SP4 and I would wager that your MS problem would go away.
