win2k refresh rate for opengl

is there anyway to change the refresh rate from 60hertz in opengl games? the tareing is burning a hole in my retinas.

There is a really nifty program out called PowerStrip. I don't remember how to get it though...

hmm, didnt fix it. it wouldnt be a prob, but direct x doesnt seem to like CS. suggestions?
