Win2k refresh rate fixer for games/nvidia cards

Whenever I go to play a game my monitor goes back to 60hz. My desktop res is 1024x768, and my game res is usually 640x480. I was using the win2k refresh rate fix program until I just upgraded to 28.32 drivers. Now the only way I can control the refresh rate is through my games, and only a few will let me change it! How can I make it defautl to 85hz at specified resolutions?
