Ok, my firewall keeps detecting this outgoing attemp to connect:

Detail: 'wcmdmgr' from your computer wants to connect to IS~WTEXUPWEB02 [128.241.101.74], port 80
Details about application: c:\winnt\wt\updater\wcmdmgr.exe

anyone know what this is about? i would like to make a filter rule that is permanent, so i want to know if i should permit or deny this request for an outgoing connection.
