win2k pro with SCSI anything i need to be aware of?

I have a Asus 815 mobo with a p3 CPU and i plan to use my adaptec 29160N SCSI card and IBM 10,000k HD. Do i need to know anything about any WIN2K setup for a scsi a machine? Currently i use win98se and i want to reformat my SCSI drive and do a fresh install of WIN2K pro...any bugs are tips you guys know?
 
Should work fine. Ignore the prompt during the install to press F6 to install a 3rd party SCSI driver as W2K will detect that adapter itself and install the driver automatically.
