Win2K Pro shows eval copy after using "makeboot"? Help!

Why does Win2K Pro show up as evaluation when I use the four floppies from "makeboot"? I installed on an unformatted new HDDs (RAID 0) and need to make the install full. How do I do this? Also, what is the optimal cluster size to use?
