Win2k Pro ..Sandra won't bench Harddrive

Sandra will bench everything but my drive's. The hard drive light comes on and stays on but it never finishes...I waited 15 minutes last time. I have a Duron 750 256 meg memory, via chipset, viviontek geforce 2 gts, 30 gig maxtor h/d. I have installed latest nvidia. 4 in 1, and sp1.

Any help?

Also do I need to do anything to enable DMA, my drive is ata-66.

I had the same problem. Installed SP2 beta (do a warez/google search) and 1) Sandra HD test worked 2) showed that ATA100 was in effect.
