Win2k pro reboots when send html file through Eudora.

It seems that when I send a particular .htm file through Eudora my win2k pro box would reboot itself. I checked the EventViewer and it doesn't give me much information useful; all it does is tell me "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck" and where the dump file is saved. At one instance I got the classic blue screen:
"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Beginning dump of physical memory."
Does anyone know why my machine is behaving this way and how I can fix it??
I tried sending a different .htm file and it was fine but the particular file I have problem with has only text and boxes in and nothing fancy.
