Win2K Pro RAID 0 install questions

I'm buildin a new 1Ghz machine and have a few questions.
*Using the "F5" trick, for IRQs, will I get another chance to install my (KT7 RAID) RAID drivers?
*All I have read on here is advantages to NTFS. IS there any downside?
*I ran Win2K as a dual boot/dual disc setup and had no SB problems using Creative's drivers. What is the problem with them?
*Install SP2 or not? (Or what ever it's called)
*Any other tidbits of wisdom are appreciated.
