Win2k Pro problem...

My Win2k crashed couple times after visiting dialpad.com. Now everything I start my pc Win2k report error saying can't load device driver. The message looks like

failed loading c:'win2k\system32 device drive. Error 0xc0000020.

I tried NOrton win doctor but still doesn't help. Is there any way can I fix this problem?
