Win2K Pro, Multiple Config.SYS or Autoexec.bat

So, in order to start a utility with Win2K, I have to add the file to the startup menu?

What I want is to give myself the ability to run Win2K with/without this utility. I need something similar to a menu?

BTW, I formatted my HD, made a clean installation, and I still have the Autoexec.bat and Config.sys! Why? Do you think one of the older Soft that I have made them?

Why don't you explain exactly what you want to have the choice to run or not run at startup. This "utility" thing is pretty vague. Then we can be more helpful.

You might want to edit your thread title, it doesnt explain what you really need, and other than another installation on a seperate partition of win2k, one with your utility or one without, I can't help you, but I do know its possible, at work on our web server, if you press print screen, it allows you to go to a menu screen just as you kind of describe, with different configurations, surely one of the network gurus here can help you.
