Win2K Printing Issues

I Just Did a Clean Install of win2k (NTFS) I am Having a problem seein the properties of any network printers, everytime i do every program that i have open closes, and i have to restore my active desktop, i tried re-Spaking it SP2, Removed all drivers and reinstalled them, nothing, i have them set up with TCP/IP Printing, i am in an Nt Novell enviroment, and a co-worker has the same exact machine i do and he is able to see the printer properties. I appreciate anyone who helps Thanks!
