win2k password question

i'm operating on win2k and i share a folder on my drive with another comp in the house. recently i apply password to win2k so that whenever i start win2k, i have to input password. but now my other comp can't access the folder anymore. it says incorrect password. is there anyway to correct this?
 
Did you make an Account on the Win2k PC for the other PC?

You also will have to set up the permission for that shared folder to allow
the other PC to access it.

 
Make sure the drive th folder is on is shared, the share the folder. Both are accessed through their respective properties. You should be able to "Connect as" the win2k admin and access the folder.
