Win2K password protecting folders???

i know that i can create multiple user accounts and each won't be able to see eachother's my documents folders... but thats too much of a hassle cause theres lots of users and only one of them needs 1 folder to be password protected... is there a way to do this using just one account?

its actually my moms diaries, letters etc, she's gotten somewhat paranoid lately or something... i dont live at home and my porn is well protected in my own computer 😛
