Win2k on my Micron XP

I have a Micron XP that I bought 3 weeks ago that came with ME. I bought an oem version of win2k, which I was told has to be installed on a formatted HD. How should I go about about installing Win2k, and what drivers do I have to get online? I checked Microsofts's compatibility section on their website, and it says my computer is compatible, however micron doesn't have the drivers on their website (and they don't offer it on the XP either). Lastly, do you think the bios I have for my Gigabyte motherboard is the same as the one with ME, does OS matter concerning Bios'? THanks for any input guys/gals. My conputer specs should be below:
