Win2K Not Seeing Other Partition?

Before installing Win2K, I partitioned my drive into two partitions of equal size. The "C" partition was formatted with NTFS and Win2K was installed. Now, if I remember correctly, I thought I was suppose to see an unformatted Local Disk "D" within Windows, and I could simply right-click on it, and format, but I am not seeing it. How do I get Windows to see this unformatted partition?

Format it from Disk Management.

Right click on My Computer, select Manage. Select Disk Management (under Storage). You should be able to see the unformatted partition and do what you need to from there.
