Win2k: no reboot on errors

How is this set up... i now it could be done in WinNT, but can it in win2k and how?

Right click on My Computerand select Properties. Select the Advanced tab, then select the Startup and Recovery button. The option you're looking for is called Automatically Reboot and it's about halfway down.
