win2k networking probs

I decided to get a new case, and moved my PC into the new case. Ever since then, my networking won't work. I have tried multiple nics and tried running it without a nic in it for awhile. I get activity lights on both my router and my network card and the nic seems installed fine. One thing I have noticed is if I try to change my tcp/ip settings, the Networking Properties window stops responding. The other thing I'm noticing is that my video card, sound card, nic, usb controller, highpoint controller and scsi card are all on IRQ 11. I've tried to change this in my BIOS, but it doesn't force different IRQ's for some reason. All of my cards are installed in the following order: GTS in AGP, scsi card in PCI 2, sound card in PCI 3 and nic is in pci 5 which shares the ISA slot. Help guys, I have no clue whats is going on and the last thing I want to do is reload my OS.

BTW, here is my hardware info:
Abit bx133-raid
256 kingmax
p3 650@940
GTS 32 meg
adaptec aha-2940uw
sblive basic
smc 9332bdt nic
2 60 gig maxtor in raid 0
2 20 gig wd in raid 0
1 wd 60 gig
1 quantum 30 gig
1 wd 40 gig
2 HP scsi burners

thx in advance,

skza
