Win2k + NAT + home phoneline network - Need help making it all work

I got cable yesterday and I'm having trouble setting up this win2k machine as a NAT/software router. When I use ICS it works but using NAT has its advantages. This is a home phonline network and I can't find a router that uses that.
So far, the client computers can detect the win2k machine in network neighborhood and they can ping the win2k machine. The win2k machine can access the Internet but the win95 clients can't and I know I'm doing something wrong w/ NAT or DNS setup.

Can anyone help me? Is there an online guide on how to setup win2k server as a NAT router?
