Win2k - My Documents folder loading on startup

I'm having a problem, or more of an annoyance with my Win 2000 Pro startup. It loads up just fine, gets to the desktop, then loads up my my documents folder. Which I then have to close. So not a big deal, just annoying. I've checked my startup reg entries and no sign of it. Since it's explorer loading it i'm kinda at a loss. I've ran regclean and WinDoctor on my registry but still it loads.

Any idea on how to rid myself of this?
