I recently got win2k and am happy with it except for the fact that worms armageddon doesn't work on it, so I set up a dual-boot between it and 98. I've always had an odd problem with it: The sound icon displays, win2k of course says everthings okay with it, but when I play any kind of sound, it plays for about 3 secs, then just stops outputting. The indicator in winamp or mplayer keeps moving along, but there is no sound. It continues to output no sound until I reboot.
Have any ideas??? Thanks.
