Win2K lockups with KT133, GeForce, SBLive!

Ok here is the deal. I know alot of people have had the same problem as me.... and that is the lockups when switching windows or pulling down a menu. Now so far I have talked to Creative and hopefully we can get something done here. What I want is everysingle person who has this problem to say so! ONLY if you lock up alot when switching windows or pulling down a menu! Im not talking about game lockups here!!!! So far I have noticed that every single person with this problem has a Geforce, a KT133 chipset, and a SB Live! So step foward... what have you tried, what is you PC setup?

Umm, your incorrect. I have a Asus A7V, SB LIVE, Tbird at 1200 mhz and a LeadTek Geforce GTS 2 in one system and a Leatek Geforce DDR in another. I have NO LOCKUPS. If i was you, i would make sure IRQ 9 is taking up by the SB, #11 for the Gayforce. Download and install VIA 4in1 4.25a or 4.24's off their site. This will FIX all of your headaches. Also helps to install Win2k Nvidia drivers. I see a lot of people trying to use Win9X drivers. A fresh install couldnt hurt at all. Slap those VIA's in there and call it done.. How much ram are you running? I use nothing less then 256K in Win2k
