Win2K locks up w/ openGL apps

Just installed Win2K and service pack-1. All works okay except complete lockups with some of those openGL screen savers that come bundled w/ Win2K. I haven't even tried any intensive openGL 3D apps yet. I got a Leadtek Winfast GeForce DDR on a P3V4X mobo. I have the latest 4.24 VIA 4in1 drivers and the Nvidia 6.18 reference video drivers.

Any fixes for this type of lockup problem?
