Win2k locks up and beeps Help!!!!

I have been running Win2k and often the system locks and I get a long beep. When the beep stops the system comes back on. I checked Task Manager and it says that my memory total is 230,000k and my peak mem is 210,000k. Could it be I do not have enough memory. I have 96mb here are the specs:

FicAZ11 mobo, Duron 700, 96mb pc100.

I installed Office 2000 and I have an oracle 8I database installed. Could it be a problem with low memory or could it be my cpu is getting fried. Any suggestions

I thought 128 Mb was the suggested minimum RAM for Windows 2000. I would definitely get some more RAM. You can pick up a 256 Mb PC133 stick really cheap and dump that old PC100 stuff.
