A friend of mine has a problem: five devices are sharring an IRQ (#11) in Windows2000. How can he assign these devices to different IRQs?
 
The main problem my friend is having is that Counter Strike freezes frequently during play. He thought the problem might be too many devices sharing IRQs. If he can't assign hardware to other devices, what else can he do to improve play/fix the problem?
