It would appear that you have installed Win2K on a box with an ACPI compliant bios enabled. This is not a problem as a truly ACPI compliant BIOS allows the interrupts to be shared just fine. If, however, you have a motherboard with, shall we say, a less than optimal ACPI implementation, then you would be better off to disable ACPI in the BIOS and do a complete reinstall of Win2K. If it's working, GREAT! Your ACPI implentation for your motherboard is probably adequate. If your getting lockups or endless problems, it may be time to disable it and reinstall.
