Win2k:: IRQ 7 and 9 aren't listed as being used why?!

I have my computer setup as a Standard PC, and I have a ACPI mobo. However when I check my system info, IRQ's 7 and 9 are not even listed (I take because nothing is ocupying them). Why is this happening and what can I do to change it?

To free IRQ7, you have to disable LPT1 (printer) port. IRQ's 2 and 9 are same cause that's the point where 2 IRQ controllers are tied.
