I have just switched from Win98SE to Win2K. In Win98SE when I connected to the internet through Winpoet to my DSL I received to small screens in my task bar that I could click on to disconnect from the Internet, but in Win2K I don't have any way to disconnect the connection(except to shutdown the computer). How can I get some kind of icon so that I can disconnect and reconnect without having to restart. Thanks, I'm using IE 5.5

Although I don't understand why you would want to disconnect a DSL connection, there are many ways in Win2k, e.g. start-settings-network, then disable the connection.
